At Big Deal Communications we are not only considerate of our employees' safety, but that of our customers as well. We are proud to say we have not had an accident from day one. Once hired, our employees are sent to the Contractors Safety Council of the Coastal Bend where they must pass a safety exam upon completing a 4 hour class. This class is given annually. Our employees have also gone through drug screeing, and a background check per Homeland Security to obtain a Transportation Worker Identification Card (TWIC) which is required to work in refineries and inter-coastal waterways.
